Our mission is to empower English language learners by providing engaging, accessible, and flexible learning experiences that foster academic growth, social connections, and language proficiency.

At Englifi, we are dedicated to supporting English as a New Language (ENL) students through high-quality virtual instruction tailored to meet their unique educational needs.

Led by certified teachers, our after-school virtual sessions create a dynamic and interactive space for students to practice English, connect with their peers, and apply language skills to real-world situations through individualized curriculum. With small class sizes (up to 10 students per session), we ensure personalized attention and a strong sense of community, helping students build the confidence and knowledge they need to succeed.

We believe in providing equity and access to all ENL students, regardless of their background. By offering flexible virtual sessions, we ensure that every child can receive the support they deserve, all while helping families and schools navigate the complexities of ENL education.
Jillian Palazzolo
Owner & Founder of Englifi, LLC
Jillian Palazzolo is a seasoned world language educator with over 13 years of experience in New York City schools. A Long Island resident, Jillian has always been passionate about experiencing and sharing diverse cultures. Throughout her career, she has taught Spanish and English as a New Language (ENL), and has served as an ENL Coordinator. For the past two years, Jillian has been teaching world languages virtually, expanding her reach to students across NYC.

Her commitment to equity and access for ENL students has led her to embrace the Modern Classroom approach, using purposeful technology to meet the diverse needs of her students. Jillian created this program designed to ensure that ENL students, their families and communities feel supported and empowered in their educational journey.
